All designs are original designs created just for you in our Melbourne studio so the chances of your logo looking like any other companies is highly unlikely.
We are a clipart free zone and we do not use logo generators. Every design is an original design based on the feedback you give us.
In fact we love the feedback. Our job is to deliver you something you will be proud to display and the more we can learn about your company, the better the result will be.
No extra charges - what you see in our packages is what you get, there are no extra payments, no upselling. We give you what we promise for the price we quoted.
Once we deliver you the final approved logo, you will own the copyright and have the right to do with it what you will.
We are not the cheapest on the market but we offer outstanding value for money. Those cheap logo offers tend to be logo generators. We pay real designers real money to create your perfect logo.
When we deliver your logo you will receive your new logo in many formats which will allow you to use your logo in every way possible from email signatures thru to the billboards without compromising quality. File formats include EPS (Adobe Illustrator Vector File), JPEG, GIF, PNG, PSD.
Once you have submitted your form, you will receive your initial concepts within 48 hours and we will endeavour to have all design changes back to you within 48 hours too.

We don’t use logo generators or clipart files. We pay fully qualified graphic designers to work in our Melbourne studio to work with you to deliver a great logo. It is impossible to create multiple logo concepts and then refine the chosen one for under $50 unless you are paying people $5 per hour or less.
Great question. We work with you closely before we present our logo concepts, we ask you to provide us with hopefully enough information for us to understand your business and what will work for you. We have been very successful at this for many many years, however, if you think we have totally missed the mark, and you don’t want us to try again (This is optional for both you and us) then you are welcome to request a full refund. However once you agree to a concept that we begin to refine, then the refund option is no longer available.
Absolutely, you paid for it, it’s yours and you can use it anyway you like.
No, all non chosen concepts remain the property of Red Rocket Creative, you can buy those concepts from us for $90 per concept to use in your company which again includes full copyright.
All packages need to be paid for in advance, you have the peace of mind of our 100% refund guarantee. All payments are made securely through the paypal gateway ( A paypal account is not needed, you can pay by credit card only)
You will receive a zipped file that will contain all the formats you will ever need to use your logo. This will include a vector illustrator file, a jpg, a png and a PSD file if used. We will also provide you a viewable file in a PDF.
We will provide the vector file and PSD files as CYMK and the others as RGB. CMYK files are used in offline printing while the others are used in online projects.
